  • All orders are processed within 48 business hours. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Unique DioÅ• is located and operated in Chicago, IL, please allow for longer shipping times in the event of inclement weather that is beyond our control.

 

 

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

  • USPS Priority Mail: $7.95 (5-7 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: $19.95 (2-5 business days)

 

Available shipping methods for international orders include: 

  • Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)

  • All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

  • Please note that Unique DioÅ• ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Unique DioÅ• and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Unique DioÅ•, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

 

Unique Dioŕ is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The shipping address the entered by the customer at the time of the purchase is the address to which the package will be shipped.

UNIQUE DIOÅ” RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Unique Dioŕ issues refunds only up to 14 calendar days after purchase through our website.
 
Orders that are outside of the 14-day return/refund timeframe, will be eligible either a store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value.
 
Returned items MUST: have their original receipt,  be in their original packaging and condition (not worn, washed, or damaged). Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return or exchange. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 20% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

All items are returned to Unique DioÅ• at the customer's expense. Your return/exchange should include information from you with your name, order number, contact phone or email, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Unique Dioŕ. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your refund or exchange.
 
Please contact Unique DioÅ• via phone or email for additional information on returns/exchanges. Do not return items to the address on your received package or packing slip.

Unique Dioŕ reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside of the terms and conditions of our Return/Exchange Policy.
