SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following Monday. Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Pop of Color Designs is located and operated in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Please allow for longer shipping times in the event of inclement weather that is beyond our control.

Currently, international shipping is not available. Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

Pop of Color Designs is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The shipping address entered by the customer at the time of purchase is the address to which the package will be shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pop of Color Designs issues refunds within 14 calendar days after purchase through our website.

Refunds that are requested outside of the 14-day refund period, will be eligible for either a store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value.
Returned items MUST: have their original receipt and be in their original packaging in condition (not worn, washed, or damaged). Products with a removed hygiene seal (e.g., bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return or exchange. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 20% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

All items are returned to Pop of Color Designs at the customer's expense. Your return/exchange should include information from you that includes: your name, order number, contact phone or email, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Pop of Color Designs. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your refund or exchange.

Please contact Pop of Color Designs via phone or email for additional information on returns and exchanges. Do not return items to the address on your package or packing slip.

Pop of Color Designs reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside of the terms and conditions of our Return/Exchange Policy.

How do I return/exchange an item?Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy on our Help page to see how you can return or exchange your item for another item of equal value or for store credit.

How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it through the website. Please contact Customer Service to cancel orders within 24 - 48 hours of your purchase. If it is a weekend, please contact us on Monday.

Where's my order?An email notice will be sent to the address on file once your order has been sent to USPS. This email will also contain your USPS Tracking Number for your records. It may take up to 48 business hours for USPS to provide tracking updates. If you receive a message stating that your Tracking Number cannot be found, please check back after 48 business hours.
